  Awful! I have been disappointed COUNTLESS times at this establishment. The food is either over cooked, or under done, & they can NEVER get my order right! For example today for breakfast I ordered a sausage, & egg McMuffin, and the bun was so burnt, it was absolutely black. Whatever I ate it because I didn't want to be the customer that complains (It was nasty!). THEN For lunch I decided to get a DLM and a poutine. I got a double cheeseburger instead of my dlm, & paid for a double cheeseburger like a mac. Then the fries in my poutine were cold. On top of it all they make you wait in the reserved customer spots 90% of the time. The only counter people I like dealing with are the older women, the are so very kind and understanding. However the younger generation that works there treats me like im a burden at the window. If I could I would rate this place -4 starts, because of how outrageous this "restaurant" is. Never ever again will I go there, & probably will not go to any other as long as I live.

  One of two McDonalds establishments in Renfrew. The drive through is often slow, as is the service inside. Otherwise it's like most McDonalds you've been too.
