  All I can say is I love no frills! The amount of people living on tight budgets needing fresh foods in their diets. Coodos to these amazing stores for making a budget friendly store everyone can enjoy and actually be able to survive off of their income while their bills are gauging at their wallets.

  Great selection of quality produce. I love that I can always find a wide selection of ethnic ingredients that you can't usually find in a town this small. They now sell beer and wine and whomever is in charge with ordering for this section really enjoys their job. There have a better selection than the local LCBO. Constantly bringing in new and different varieties of craft beer.

  I love this place I drive all the way from kemptville just to shop here amazing people and great prices always have such good deals I definitely recommend no frills to everyone
